Sarah says, and I agree that when you are grateful for what you already have you realize how rich you already are. Gratitude helps us recognize the simplicity in your everyday living (I’m sure you’ve heard of the KonMari Method) is what is needed to live truly well. With simplicity it brings order. Order is probably what we all need most. Life is just a little bit easier when we have order. When life is easier we automatically have harmony. Sarah also says “harmony provides us with the inner peace we need to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us each day.” So with harmony, we see the beauty and beauty brings us joy. And isn’t that what we all want for ourselves as well as for our loved ones?
